Activating Systancia Gate was easy. The implementation and user training were carried out without difficulty. No need to install an extension. On the other hand, it also allows to separate the user's actions on his workstation and on the system, sealing both spaces. With Systancia Gate, we are therefore able to allow staff members to telework - whether they use their personal computer or not - while protecting the hospital's information system.

Managing secure access to our IS for our entire ecosystem is a real challenge. Systancia Gate and Systancia Cleanroom allow us to implement these accesses very quickly and manage them very simply, particularly in the context of telemedicine. They also allow to comply with regulatory obligations by securing and tracking all accesses.

Systancia Workroom allowed us to meet our business continuity challenges by deploying teleworking for 92% of our agents within 2 days. They find the same user experience as at their workplace: they access their RDS desktop with all their tools and can therefore carry out all the tasks from their personal workstation, without constraints and in complete security.

One of the main French commercial ports, identified as an OVI by the State, has chosen the Systancia Gate, formerly IPdiva Secure, solution for securing access to IS resources. It was the only solution that would allow this commercial port to secure its employees’ access to the information system, in full compliance with its regulatory obligations.

A government entity operating under the supervision of one of the largest French ministries and exchanging a multitude of confidential information with various agencies, organizations or industries, decides to deploy a solution that allows highly secure exchanges while limiting configuration and use constraints. As part of this project, Systancia Gate allowed to guarantee private extranet access to applications, providing both security and ergonomics.

Systancia Gate allowed us to implement teleworking very quickly for our employees who appreciate the ease of use of this product. Our IS division was convinced by the security of this ZTNA solution. We avoid the pitfalls of the VPN by giving our remote maintainers limited access to selected IS resources. This was not possible with our previous solution.

We had multiple needs - to simplify daily accessing to our IS by our service providers, which up to now was handled manually, and to be able to respond to the demands of teachers and students who wanted to access their storage areas from outside. With IPdiva Secure, now Systancia Gate, we now have a single, high security solution that allows us to provide controlled and selective remote connections based on user profiles, without having to open any ports in the school’s IS.

An access control solution in SSL VPN mode made perfect sense and enabled the integration of authentication with our Active Directory, a better traceability of accesses and this without any installation constraint for the user workstations; a simple access url via a browser is enough. The IPdiva Secure access solution, now Systancia Gate, was perfectly in line with the core target of what we were looking for.

Systancia Gate, formerly IPdiva Secure, is qualified by the ANSSI, which made me feel very confident in terms of responding to our security need. The ease of use of the solution provides the agents of CD 54 with a seamless home office experience.

We wanted to be able to manage external access to the information system while avoiding the risks associated with VPN. With Systancia Gate, which is a zero-trust solution, we are more confident about the access context, especially for connections from China to our stores : we can check the workstation accessing the information system and have a granularity in access management by deciding to open certain applications to certain people instead of opening the entire network.
